Water too hot or too cold

I Have an electric on demand hot water heater it provides very hot water but cannot find the sweet spot in the shower. It is ether too hot or too cold. The same unit provides hot water to a bathroom sink & a kitchen sink. Both these sinks work well & allow you to adjust the temperature of the water to the temp you want. I thought it might be the cartridge in the shower unit so I changed it up but no luck. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I am trying to resolve the same problem. I too cannot find the happy medium for temperature. Just when I think I am about to get it set to a comfortable temperature the hot water shuts off entirely and I have to turn off the shower and start the whole process over. I have been taking uncomfortable showers where the water is too hot! I don't like it. I am going to trouble shoot for "crossover." If I find a "fix" I will try to make my way back here to let you know.
